In the first issue of October we talk about a fruitful artistic collaboration of the early twentieth century. We analyze three ballets performed jointly by the Russians Igor Stravinsky and Serguei Diaguilev: The Firebird (1910), Petroushka (1911) and The Rite of Spring (1913). What happened at the premiere of the latter could be considered a milestone in the history of classical music.
